Located in the heart of Oregon’s wine country in Sherwood, Oregon, our company brings over 18 years of leather manufacturing expertise to a new and innovative product line. With roots in the music, footwear, and motorcycle industries, we’ve spent nearly two decades perfecting our craft through high-quality production, precision cutting, and reliable adhesive applications.

Our USA-based lean production facility is equipped with high-volume adhesive application systems, industrial die-cutting presses, and automated packaging machines. This allows us to deliver consistent quality at scale while keeping production right here at home.

Turning Scrap Into Smart Solutions

The idea for our leather floor protectors was born out of a simple but powerful challenge: what to do with our premium scrap leather. After years of producing custom guitar straps, we found ourselves with more leftover leather than local organizations like the Boy Scouts could handle. Sending high-quality material to the landfill never sat right with us. So we decided to put our expertise and equipment to work to create something new.

The inspiration became personal when our own engineered hardwood floors were damaged by dining room chairs. The culprit was cheap felt pads that fell off after a week, especially on rugs where they simply didn’t hold up. That frustration fueled innovation. We developed a durable, leather-based floor protection pad designed to perform where traditional felt pads fail.

Investing in the Future

In early 2024, we invested in new equipment and tooling to bring this concept to life. By combining traditional leather craftsmanship with modern manufacturing efficiency, we’ve built a product line that reflects our core belief: niche doesn’t mean small, it means specialized excellence.

Where We’re Headed

In January 2026, we’re excited to officially launch our leather floor protector line at The International Surface Event (TISE) through their Startup Station Program. It’s the perfect stage to introduce a smarter, longer-lasting alternative to the throwaway felt pads currently on the market.
